Christina M. Underhill, ph.D.

Christina M. Underhill,Ph.D., is a research psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, and reporting organizational research and evaluation activities. She is the Program Evaluation Manager at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN where she has worked since 2008. She designs research and evaluation projects for children’s health and community outreach programs and manages a team of evaluation coordinators who evaluate internal outreach programs. She has an ongoing role in many projects, from the design and implementation stages to monitoring and reporting.

Her prior research and analyst positions were with both the Department of the Navy and the Department of Homeland Security. She holds a Ph.D., in Experimental Psychology and a M.S. in General Psychology, with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has served as a volunteer and ambassador for the Memphis Child Advocacy Center since 2011 evaluating Stewards of Children, a training program that teaches adult how to prevent child sexual abuse. Dr. Underhill also teaches Organizational Behavior, Healthcare Marketing, and Analytical Business Research in the MBA program at Christian Brothers University.
