3000. We have been buzzing about this number as it is the total number of Berkeley County school employees who will be trained in Stewards of Children. We reported a little while back about the fabulous Berkeley County and their commitment to training all of their administrative staff. Teachers were trained over the past two years and recently a plan was put in motion for the additional trainings. I am proud to say that Mike Dinacola from Berkeley County just picked up 500 kits for trainings going on next week! This is in addition to the 400 we trained a few weeks back.
We cannot express enough our excitement for the work that Berkeley County has done and continues to do in the fight to end child sexual abuse. As momentum builds for school trainings across the state, we will always remember and recognize those who led the pack. Way to go Berkeley!
